This quote is one of the main reasons that we got into photography, and we LOVE what we do. We are story-telling, lifestyle photographers.
Our friend, Megan Kathleen, recently lost her father. This has to be one of the hardest things in the world to go through but her spirit and energy allowed her to remember and keep her father close to her heart. Megan loves Lake Chelan and her parents were hoping to come see her and visit Chelan for the first time this Father's Day. Although her father was not able to make it, Megan still spent some quality time with her father in Chelan on Father's Day. She paddle out and had a moment with just she and her father before spreading some of his ashes in the lake. He will forever be able to enjoy the beauty of Lake Chelan which is so close to Megan's heart, and now Megan will always be able to take a swim with Dad.
This was one of the most incredible and special moments that we have ever experienced. Thank you Megan for sharing such a special and personal moment with us!!! Thank you also for allowing us to share such personal images with others!!!
Please remember to hug your loved one's every chance you get, and always remember that the words "I LOVE YOU" mean so much...
