Farewell 2009...

Wow, 2010 is almost here. 2009 was a year that I will never forget as so much happened that it is hard to put into words all of the emotions that we felt this year. We love and appreciate all of our family and friends so much. Thank You from the bottom of our hearts!!! We are very much looking forward to 2010 and sharing life's story everyone. Best Wishes and Be Well!!!

As Heidi and I get ready to visit my family in less than 2 weeks on St John, USVI, I am just thinking back to last January. Here are a few photos from Sayulita, MX, a very special place that we were lucky enough to experience and share with some of our closest friends...

The Kiele Family - Bryan's B-Day

We recently had the pleasure of visiting some of our closest friends in Concrete, WA. They moved there a couple years ago and have since created a warm and loving home to raise their daughter, Anna. Thanks Bryan and Katie for the hospitality. We miss and love you guys.
Here are some photos from our walk on BK's birthday and a slideshow of the gallery at the bottom of the page.

Thank You and Happy Holidays

We just wanted to say, Happy Holidays, and let you know that we very much appreciate and care for all of you. This has been quite a year of change and transition for both Heidi and I. It has taken us off "auto" (thanks for the term Dane) and has made us really commit to creating our own future. We are excited and anxious for what the next year will bring and look forward to sharing life with all of you. We appreciate the love and support that so many of you have offered and we are forever grateful. Thank you for supporting us and checking out the blog!!!!

We love and miss you Hailey!!! You are always in our thoughts...

An Open House - Opening the doors of creativity

Our very good friend, Abby Neth, just had her first open house to show the world her new custom flameless candles. As a mother of two little ones, she had to take into account the safety of the children thus the battery operated candles with timers. These not only make great stylish decor but double perfectly as children's night lights. Abby has style!!! There is no way she is going to have some bland, boring candle in her product line so she does custom semi-transparent covers and there is definitely something for all styles and tastes.

Are you looking for something special and unique to give as a gift? Do you want a special keepsake decoration to distinguish your wedding/reception? You know you want to get rid of the "Denny's style" candles in you restaurant or venue so get in touch with Abby. I am confident that she will design something very special for you. These are perfect for anyone looking for something unique and personal which is also chic and functional.

If you are interested in purchasing these or have any questions please contact Abby Neth, bondobrown@gmail.com

The Neth Family - Sharing special moments in life...

Jamie and Abby Neth are some of our closest friends in this world. Jamie and I grew up together, did some dumb stuff together, grew up a little more, did a little more dumb stuff and now he has grown into an amazing father and provider. He has always been a true friend and I appreciate his friendship more than I can express with words. His wife Abby is one of the most caring and loving people, and together they have created an incredible family environment and home for their kids, Jacob and Paisley.

Last Sunday, we had scheduled a family session with the Neth Family. We knew it would be a fun day but we had no idea how truly meaningful it would end up being. We started out taking a walk in the woods right behind Jamie and Abby's house and then we went to her parent's housewhich is right down the way. Her mother, sister and grandfather were there waiting for us. Her grandfather is in his early/mid nineties and looking good.

After we arrived, in the room with him, her grandfather had his daughter, two of his grandkids and two of his great grandkids. It was so special to see the joy on her grandfather's face and feel the love he has for his family. We are extremely touched and appreciative to have shared an afternoon like that with them. Not only did we get to spend the day with people we love, doing what we love to do but we got to share in one of life's priceless moments; this is why we do what we do. We look forward to capturing and sharing this families life story for years to come.
Here are just some from our session in Monroe, Wa.

The Delaney Family

We have been having so much fun this holiday season photographing families and sharing their love for one another. The Delaney Family is a perfect example of the warm and loving families that we are privileged to photograph. Haidyn is so lucky to have dedicated and caring parents like Dan and Angel. We hope to continue sharing their life's story and capturing memories for years to come. Here are some from our session at Walla Walla Point Park in Wenatchee, WA.
