Cody and Chris's wedding was an incredible winter wedding!!! It happened that a couple days prior to their wedding, there was a massive snow storm that crippled the Plain, WA area. The snow was so heavy and stuck to the trees so hard that huge trees were falling all over the place, and had knocked out power to the entire Plain/Lake Wenatchee area.
Cody and Chris's LOVE is so strong that there was nothing that would stop them from getting married. During a beautiful candle lit ceremony, Cody and Chris officially gave each other their LOVE and commitment. We are so honored to have been there to share the story of their wedding day, and to really witness LOVE knowing no boundaries.
The reception was held at the
Mountain Springs Lodge in Plain, WA. We have to say that the crew at Mountain Springs did an absolutely incredible job!!! Mountain Springs Lodge was literally a shining light in a sea of darkness. They generated enough power to light the main bedrooms for the couple to get ready in the morning while maintaining enough power for the chef in the kitchen, and then moved the power out into the main hall area for the reception. All the while making it seem like this is the norm and they do it all of the time...
